In consideration for all of our valued clients, the following strictly applies:
1. Deposit Requirement:
1a: Any bookings made will require a 50% deposit for your chosen treatment. The full deposit must be paid to secure your booking.
2. Late Arrivals:
2a: Please be aware that arriving late will reduce your treatment time and you will be charged the full amount.
2b: Please ensure you allocate plenty of time for your journey to prevent lateness.
3. Cancellation Policy:
3a: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours and on the DAY of the scheduled start time will lose the 50% deposit paid.
3b: Appointments for rescheduling will require 72 hours notice from your scheduled time.
3c: Refunds are not available.
4. Health Conditions:
4a: All clients are required to complete a medical consultation form to inform us of any health conditions that could affect your treatment.
4b: Our treatments are not suitable for pregnant women.
4c: Our treatments are not suitable if you have or suspect blood clots.
5. Age Policy:
5a: If you are under 16 years old, you must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the treatment.
5b: You will both be required to sign a consent form.
6. Treatment Pricing:
6a: We reserve the right to amend treatment prices.
6b: Our website will always display the correct pricing information.
7. Models receiving 50% off:
7a: If you are applying to receive treatment as a model, you will be required to sign an agreement prior to your booking. Photos and videos will be taken before, during and after treatment and will be used to promote our services on social media platforms.
7b: You will need to make the full payment to secure your booking.
7c: Our cancellation policy on 3a, 3b, 3c applies.
7d: Age restriction applies here. You must be over the age of 18.
8. Data Protection:
8a: Your information adheres to the Data Protection Act.
8b: Your information will not be shared with external parties.
8c: If you require any medical letters for your GP or Employer, you will be charged £60 per letter. Your treatment records and consultation form will be available for this use only.
9. Sole Trader
9a. Rohima Begum is a self employed therapist and is trading under Lymph Studio.
9b. All transactions made will be via bank transfer through the business account.
